- An Align assessment report - outlining your current landscape

- A S.U.R.F.  assessment - Measuring your S.U.R.F. score to help your teams align further.

-  Up to 5 follow up sessions with mentoring.

Are there any pre-requisites for the Align Service?
We would recommend participants taking part undertake our Train course to ensure that there is a basic understanding of the principles underlying the Align service. 

Where does the workshop take place
Globally - we will come to your office location to meet with your and team to ensure that the requisite resource and participants can attend. There is also the option for remote teams on request. 

How much is the Align module?
Align is charged by session based on size and scope of Alignment requirement. Please contact align@agreacs.com for further questions.  

What is your cancellation policy?
Align sessions should be booked ideally as far in advance as possible. As these are in depth sessions delivered in person or with larger groups we kindly ask that booking and or cancellation of a session take place no more than 3 working days in advance to ensure necessary travel requirements can be met.
